| Jean Claude Loisant Bonjour a tous ; nouveau membre; je suis peu familiarise avec l'ergonomie de ce forum ; ma presentation a 辿t辿 faite mais je ne suis pas s短r qu'elle aie 辿t辿 publi辿e Je r辿side aux Philippines depuis 2008,Marie / 3 enfants ; j'avais vu une annonce r辿it辿r辿e 3 fois dans un post d'Alexandra proposant des pr棚ts personnels,immobilier etc...a 3 % et aussi investissement si bonne rentabilit辿. Contact : il y avait l'adresse mail ; j'aurais voulut en discuter avec ce contact mais je ne retrouve pas : il m'a sembl辿 voir " un ancien ". Il y a beaucoup d'opportunit辿s ici : le pays est en plein d辿veloppement : nous r辿sidons en bord de mer & rivi竪re,une digue / route a 辿t辿 construite sur les 2 berges reste finir la portion au bout de notre terrain pour la connection avec la " Costal Road "... L'embouchure de la rivi竪re ( large et peu profonde ) fait un beau plan d辿bouchant sur la baie de Buenavista ; le panorama est magnifique ! .et r辿solument tourn辿 vers le tourisme ( petit resto,cyber cafe,location de canots etc. Sur l'autre berge en face : des la digue/ route construite ,des 辿choppes se sont install辿e bord de route avec une simple declaration a la municipalit辿... Ceci est une des nombreuses possibilit辿s d'investissement c'est pourquoi je recherche ce contact ( j'ai vu sur le forum un service " annonces " mais pas retrouv辿 gasp ! Mon post est aussi une invit toutes personne sympa d辿sirant discuter des Philippines ( le pays o湛 la Vie est moins cher: ma pension est inf辿rieur au SMIG et nous sommes en train de finir la construction en dur d'une maison 100 m2 sur 2 niveaux ...
